All pricing is based on a 10/30/50 retail (25/75/125 mail) copay structure and reflects the 2010 pharmacy benefit copay structure. Requests for pricing on specialty medications (those covered through CuraScript) cannot be handled with this link. Most specialty drugs, however, do not have a generic equivalent, so maximum allowable cost (MAC) pricing (generic copay + difference between brand and generic cost) would not apply.
